Cancellation and returns/exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return a product for a full refund or exchange please, in the first instance, email info@albetta.co.uk, stating your order reference number and reasons for the return. If you would like to exchange a product for an alternative item(s) or size(s), please let us know which replacement item you would like and this will be reserved for you and sent out when we receive the items you are returning. Please note that there is no further delivery charge for replacement items. Once you have contacted us via email as stated above, please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Please note that we will refund return postage only if items are faulty or damaged so you will otherwise be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

If the goods we have supplied are faulty or damaged, and provided that you have notified us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and have returned the product to us in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging then we will replace the goods with no further delivery charge and refund the return postage costs (please supply proof of postage to enable us to process a refund).

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason before it has been sent, please contact us via email at info@albetta.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, then we are unable to cancel the delivery. However, you are still able to return the items to us for a full refund. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
